Services and capabilities
Nine service lines. One facility. No extra vendors.
What we sell is line time, labor, process engineering, quality discipline, and the warehouse and freight behind it. Cards, cartons and films come from suppliers. Print runs through our partner. You already have the product. We put it in a package, hold it, and ship it.
Blister packaging.
Our core capability and the one with the most equipment behind it. Seven lines running face seal, trap seal and seam fusion formats.
Seam fusion sealing is used for choke hazard products, where the package has to resist being opened by a child. That is a safety and regulatory capability rather than a format preference. Child resistant packaging for button cell and coin batteries has been federally required in the United States since February 2023, and we pack for a battery company.
Kitting and assembly.
Multi component kits built to a bill of materials, packed and labeled to your specification. Retail multipacks, spare parts and replacement kits, service and installation kits, and dealer or distributor kits for commercial equipment manufacturers.
Kitting work is recurring by nature and tends to run for years once it is established, which is why it is some of our favorite work to quote.
Hand pack, case pack and auto bagging.
The general contract packaging work. Manual packing where a product needs judgment, automated case packing and bagging where it does not. This is where we absorb the awkward parts of a program that automated lines elsewhere will not take.
Fold and tuck cartons.
Carton erecting, loading and closing for retail and distribution formats, running alongside blister and display work inside the same program.
Retail displays.
Countertop, endcap and pallet display assembly, packed and shipped retail ready.
Three decades of our output went onto big box and automotive aftermarket retail shelves. We already know what those retailers require of a display and a label, which is the exact thing a brand entering retail for the first time does not.
Light manufacturing.
We manufacture as well as package. Today we manufacture, package and distribute an automotive product for a consumer battery company. Manufacturing is available where it removes a step for you rather than as a standalone service.
Warehousing, 3PL and distribution.
Storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, distribution and direct to consumer shipping. Roughly half our facility is warehousing, and we run accounts that involve no packaging at all.
If you need storage now and packaging later, start with the storage. Most of our warehousing relationships grow.

Rework, RMA inspection and recovery.
Product that has already gone wrong. Inspection, repair, repackaging, adding a component somebody missed, opening and resealing stock sitting in a distribution center or already out in the field.
Most packagers treat recovery work as an interruption between production runs. We treat it as normal business. If you have a warehouse full of product you cannot sell, this is the call to make.
Custom process and line engineering.
Where a product is awkward enough that the process has to be designed and built before anyone can quote it, we will engineer the line.
We have visited a shut down facility, taken notes, come home and built the equipment ourselves. Nothing bought turnkey. Very few contract packagers will do this, and most quote only from what already sits on their floor.
Two ways to run a program
Toll model.
You supply the materials. We supply the labor, the line time and the process, and you pay for the work.
Turnkey model.
Or we buy the raw materials, own the inventory through production, and sell you the finished goods.
Most packagers offer one of these. Tell us which suits your accounting and we will quote it that way.
What we will not quote
Food and beverage. Pharmaceutical, drug, medical device and cannabis. Packaging design and graphics. Paper, molded fiber and compostable blister. Packaging materials and machines. One-time runs with no path to repeat.
Tell us what you need packed.
If it is non-food and it runs for six months or longer, we want to see it.
