Our customers

The reference question, answered honestly.

Every serious buyer asks who else we have done this for. Most contract packagers answer with a wall of logos. We cannot, and it is worth explaining why before you draw the wrong conclusion.

We spent thirty years inside one relationship rather than building a list of them. It was an award-winning relationship at industrial volume, and it made us extremely good at a narrow set of things. It also meant we never had to introduce ourselves to anybody. This page is that introduction.

Who we work for

Automotive lighting

An automotive lighting business. Roughly thirty years as their near-exclusive contract packager.

Consumer batteries

A consumer battery company. Light manufacturing, packaging and distribution of an automotive product. We won that work on the strength of difficult material handling, which is exactly the kind of program other packagers decline to quote.

Commercial appliances

A commercial appliance manufacturer. Warehousing and distribution, with no packaging component at all. A reasonable description of how flexible the floor is.

Customers are described rather than named. We publish a name only with that customer's written permission.

What the record says, in place of a logo wall

Logos tell you who trusted a company. Numbers tell you what happened after they did. These are ours.

What our customers have in common

Their programs recur. Their products are non-food. And in most cases, somebody else had already said no.

The battery work came to us because the material was difficult to handle. The line for a metal polish product had to be designed and fabricated in house before anybody could quote it, so we visited a shut down facility, took notes, came home and built it. The dishwasher account has no packaging in it whatsoever. None of that is a category. It is a pattern, and it is the honest description of what we are good at.

What you should do with this page

Call us and ask harder questions. Ask what our accuracy is measured against, ask what happened the last time a program went wrong, and ask who you would be speaking to on a Tuesday afternoon. We would rather answer that than show you a logo.
